I just want to send some comments about a recent floor installation that was performed by your company. The installers were unbelievably professional. Every step in the process was explained before hand, and all questions were cheerfully answered. They had the proper tools for each phase and knew had to use them. The old carpeting was removed and the area prepared for the new installation. Upon completion of the job, the site was cleaned up to the point that there was no trace to them having been here except to the new flooring. They didn't just to a great job, they did an outstanding job.
